Mr Raworth, the BBC's Head Girl, read out the item with a straight face. I bet Ahmed's annual pay is nowhere near Raworth's. Samira Ahmed won her case for equal pay, using a comparison of she is paid per episode of Newswatch to Jeremy Vine for episodes of Points of View.
