| It appears quite obvious when the author marshals his facts. With the USA society being jingoistic and militaristic in the similar mould to Nazi Germany. Perhaps not developing the theme with the same break-neck speed the Nazis developed, but producing as devastating results nevertheless. Brutal and running on military-industrial juices ... |
