HS2 work goes against expert advice from conservationists, and when it is illegal to disturb nesting birds Yes, someone should try to use the law here to put a stop to this madness - the exceptions to laws on interfering with wild nesting birds don't appear to cover this bullshit (unless I'm missing something - maybe it's a way to at least pild on more delay until something more can be done.
