Logically, they should all be in port, getting hosed down with disinfectant, and then being moth-balled until times have improved enough for them to be re-purposed to do something actually useful and defensible. Understanding the current complete bandit lawlessness of the Swamp, it seems entirely probable that this ship was commandeered by agents of the Swampies to further their nefarious interference in Venezuela.
