    1) All - literally - to be made only by state-owned facilities, tax-funded, and distributed at cost price, without profit mark-up for anyone. No commercial considerations of any kind accepted. Global public health provision is an essential public service, never a commercial profit-seeking operation.

    2) All vaccines and other - allegedly beneficial - pharmaceutical drugs, without any exceptions on any excuse, to be fully tested by independent, strictly ethical non-commercial facilities, before any general use is allowed. Again, strictly tax-funded.

    3) Random samples of any proposed vaccine to be turned over to any organisation which wishes to analyse them for any constituent which is known to be toxic, or which may be inferred reasonably as likely to be toxic. Any objection to any ingredient must mean that that proposed vaccine is withdrawn from any possibility of use until all safety objections have been adequately satisfied. The principle to prevail being that some vaccines may be useful in some situations, but there will be many situations where they are not, and other approaches should have priority. That's to say, vaccines are not, and will never be, a be-all and end-all of health. [That idea has only been promoted because the gics think that they can smell a huge, world-wide profit-and-control racket in the making.]

    4) Absolutely no forced vaccination anywhere, under any circumstances whatever. Informed, unconstrained consent being the sine qua non of use. And 'informed' means mandatory prior public discussion of all possible treatments thought to be useful.

    5) All - thoroughly irrelevant - ID schemes can get feckin' lost, permanently!

    On the assumption that these conditions will be resisted extravagantly by the gatesoid vax-racketeers, we should tell them emphatically where to stuff their syringes - preferably whilst still bearing needles; as they can do likewise with their id-junk.

    These 'stakeholder' (hah! one of B'Liar's favourite words) crooks are not public benefactors, and emphatically not our friends. Standard-issue democracy- and equality-loathing technocrats and/or oligarch racketeers, all. If they want to move into the genuine benefactor category, they can start by paying all the back-taxes they owe, to fund the public system outlined here.

    Or alternatively, they can opt for the death-of-Mussolini treatment; after which we-the-people can simply expropriate their dragon-hoards to the public purses: a power-shift now long overdue.

    Yeah, I know: dreaming!
