How about the collateral not-damage from 'lockdown' - fewer car accidents, fewer accidents in the workplace, all the people stressed in unhappy work situations, etc? Ah, of course, that doesn't seem to fit the ideological forensic analysis of the definition of 'collateral damage' it seems.
