Any number of non entrepreneur doctors in Madrid, Milan, London or Paris will counter what he has to say. I am not saying that a universal lockdown is essential - selective isolation of cases is quite possible. Understanding the case fatality in isolation is not helpful if because the R0 is 5 and the disease affects 3 times as many people in a quarter of the time. Hospitals are put under strain by the flu but that is not the same as having to build 5 dialysis units between 7 hospitals in 2 weeks because of the burden of renal failure in patients with corona virus as has happened in just one part of London.
