Chief Constable Gavin Stephens chats with experienced constable PC Ian Blanshard, and tutee PC Danielle Fowler, who's first night on patrol was the first night of the lockdown! I have said before that most of Surrey's CCs go on to head the Met. I see from this that Stephens' predecessor, Ephgrave, did go to the Met but not as Chief Commissioner, as Ms Dick* was in place.
