He has been holding forth on the BBC news channel (likes the sound of his own voice) on the 'Lockdown' and praising the military who are doing the testing. He is yet another Captain, ex Scots Guards and an ex director of QinetiQ, the aerospace outfit. He once claimed £175,523! for expenses on top of his parliamentary salary and voted against a Labour amendment to make rented accommodation for for human habitation. He is a private landlord ( flat in SW London) needless to say. It was involved in North Sea exploration and ended up in liquidation! So that was the end of the freebie. An unpleasant piece of work or in other words, a typical right wing Tory.
