I had a brief look around and it seems there are a couple of local schemes in Hackney (of course, hippie central...) https://www.growingcommunities.org/ one in Walthamstow https://www.organiclea.org.uk/ and one in Haringey https://www.cropdrop.co.uk/ but I think they only deliver to local pick-up points.
