John Helmer is an excellent researcher. I will file that away in my 'gangsters-in-charge' file. (GICs being one of Rhisiart's acronyms) When I read 'Lebanon' I immediately think about an Israeli connection so I will be looking out for these characters. Who'd have thunk of it with their FT connection. Still think of it as Pearson's. This is th FT front page today. https://www.ft.com/ On 23 July 2015, Nikkei, Inc. agreed to buy the Financial Times Group, a division of Pearson PLC since 1957, for £844m ($1.32 billion) and the acquisition was completed on 30 November 2015. Until August 2015 the FT group had a 50% shareholding in The Economist, which was sold to the Agnelli family for £469 million..
