There was a very moving ending when an elderly ex- community nurse called Nancy who was admitted with a 50:50 chance of survival from Covid laryngitis was leaving after recovery. 88 year old Peter at the start also survived. He had breathing difficulties and co-morbidities. His chances were also poor but he recovered.
