Too stupid to see also, it seems, that letting such a disaster happen to our once-marvellous public-service, non-commercial, socialist health system - nay, whooping it on in lunatic ideological enthusiasm - is helping to build up the head of steaming anger which, in the most extreme case, could see these bums swinging from lamp-posts - upside down, Mussolini-fashion.
