So the PTB came up with a plan to pass the buck to China, making it look like it started there and spread back to the US. So it started with an accident, but ended as a weapon. course it's just a theory... but for me it now all fits. Whereas before it was hard to understand why the US would launch the virus onto China knowing it would blowback on the US, which was poorly equipped to deal with such an epidemic.
