    Seconded and remembering Robert's work on Dr Rola Hallam and the others. Where is she now? Any Google links to her are dated 2019 and earlier.

    We believe that healthcare is a fundamental human right. In war, people are hugely dependent on humanitarian aid for essential health services. The majority of these services are delivered by local people, but they receive a tiny fraction of the aid budget. In Syria, which is the focus of our work until 2020, it is estimated that the 75% of the work is carried out by local humanitarian organisations who receive less than 1% of the available aid budget. This poor resourcing means that hundreds of thousands of people have little access to health services, leading to needless suffering and loss of lives.'
