351 new deaths have been recorded, the total now being 36,393. Two months on from the start of the outbreak, she will be announcing quarantine arrangements for people arriving in this country. International travellers, including returning UK citizens, could face spot checks and £1,000 fines if they fail to self-isolate for 14 days after arriving in the country under measures to guard against a second wave of coronavirus.
