Can I take it that Big Pharma tort liability protection (in the US and by extension the 'west') is to cater for that 0.1% or 0.01% failure rate? If so, it doesn't look good from my perspective.
I assume Russian vaccine may have a similar protection under local laws and in the small print for their commercial deals with other countries. Seems likely.
Taggants. I assume you refer to subdermal biometric chips advocated by Gates & Co. Is this really likely ... in the 'west'? Perhaps in India or/and Africa it may be feasible, from my reading. I suspect the public in the west would not be amenable to such intrusion into privacy and some sort of 2-tier system may evolve i.e. taggants for the locals and paperwork for the westerners, read travellers. Like I said elsewhere we already have the paper system for these travellers.
