not just in the Straits of Hormuz, but in Lebanon and Palestine, in what appears to be a highly coordinated series of events. As you note, Eliot Abrams appointment does not bode well. But do they really think Russia and China will take this lying down? One wonders if the Belarus election challenge was also inspired and engineered as part of the push against Russia's borders. While the protests might be real and legitimate, they are a little too Western friendly to be true. |
