    I thought at the time that Peter Dutton conspired to unload the passengers in a hurry to produce the outbreak that was necessary if Australia would follow the world in lock-ups and hand-outs, because at the time there had been almost no cases.
    I've thought the same about Australia's "second wave" - whose origins are shown now to be from just two leaks from hotel quarantine around May 9th, following genomic testing. The release of the Ruby Princess findings have covered nicely the enquiry in Victoria.

    As for cruise ships, it may not be widely known that there was a large outbreak in Russia in Murmansk, originating from an Arctic cruise liner. at the time it was one of the main ones, alongside St P and Moscow.
