Maybe it was adrenochrome  If you didn't know that's one of the Qanon staples: the evil paedo (sorry pedo - foot fetishists apparently) satanist democrat elite, kill children under pizza restaurants and extract their adrenochrome which they inject in their face - this is why they all look so young and not the botox (seems like some of these muppets watched fear and loathing in las vegas, but didn't bother to research adrenochrome any further).
