Brilliant film. Very moving. But they need to point out that actions can be a lot Archived Message

of fun. It's a serious business but not all the time. And you can do them on your own. You don't need to be with loads of others. Though it's best to be arrested with a bunch of others, initially. Until you learn the ropes.

And crowds will generate media coverage. (A pity we are so dependent on the media to get the message out. I know of no way to remedy that.)

And, by the way, there are perks. After you've done a few actions it permeates into other aspects of your life. One one occasion I lay on the floor of a NatWest bank until they agreed to cash a cheque I'd received. Another time I lay on the counter of my local electricity showroom until they sorted out a problem I had. Didn't take long. After a while you just don't give a shit.

That video gives the impression that it's all self sacrificing. It need not be. Being arrested is a minor inconvenience most of the time. Though flying drones is a big deal.

Also, they need to get a few black people on board. I only saw one in that video. Mind you, I've never seen many in the peace movement either. Even though we spent years discussing it. Good to see so many white/pink people supporting the Black Lives Matter movement.
