four times our ICU capacity in the space of a week? The inability to test trace and isolate (still!) means that we aren't able to manage the pandemic on a regional basis or do anything other than close hospitals and isolate population at home. If it comes back and people don't isolate the mortality in Devon will be the same as the rest of the country. If it doesn't come back then if we had had testing isolation and the cancellation of spreading events like cheltenham and liverpool madrid football and influx of people from Milan 4 weeks earlier and then the rest of the country could have had the same outcomes as Devon.
