Don't think its found mention in many analysis so far. 2005, Ineos acquired Grangemouth near me with plans to run the plant on US LNG. Since then they have created a transatlantic fleet and terminal network at a pretty astonishing speed. in 2017 it bought the Forties pipework network.( delivers 40% of UK North Sea oil and gas output). The Norway terminal takes advantage of pre-existing pipe networks to Europe... A couple of months ago Ineos also bought up BP's global petrochemicals business for $5 billion.
Ratcliffe is a union buster, a wage cutter and is averse to health & safety. A fracker: tried to go argue in court that the Scottish governments refusal to allow his company to frack breached it’s ‘human rights’. Hes also a brexiter because by his own admission EU pollution safety and labour laws just get in his way of making stacks of money. He's also a huge a tax dodger (Monaco)
