    It's an open sewer of corruption, but apparently nothing to see. Applied neoliberalism: don't worry, the beneficiaries of the largesse will probably buy a burger from the poors (or their yacht engineer will) so the wealth will trickle down - only take a couple of millenia. Maybe part of the goal (aside from gettng a new yacht) is to drain money from the NHS so they can argue it needs more privatisation later when the bills come.
