Trump gets another notch on his belt. This case too is horrific in the details (child abuse and murder) but it's cases like this that test the resolve. The executed man's IQ put him in the "intellectually disabled" category which should make it unconstitutional to execute him but that obviously can't stop the Republicans carousel of carnage.
It's like when Clinton went to see Ricky Ray Rector executed as a campaign stunt; one of the main "protections" of the death penalty is that the prisoner must be aware of what is happening to him. Rector left his pudding from his last meal in his cell "to eat later on".....
