| It's a bit of a rabbit hole journey in trying to understand the motivations of someone like Bezos and wife, especially using a vehicle of Vox/Recode (unknown quantity, for me at least), for shedding their dosh on worthy causes. From a brief scan it appears they both decided that the best way to get rid of the money is not to ask too many questions, more or less at the same time. Now, that is interesting, at least they agreed on something : ). Also, when you think about it, is it that they are feeling a bit ashamed for being so filthy rich and that the driver is, in fact, the human empathy etc.? In which case they may not be socio/psychopaths? See, I got lost ... |
