I thought it significant that Nazir, as former prosecutor of the case, agrees with the findings. Thomas can say what he likes but he hasn't a shred of evidence to say otherwise. Normally I would rely on the statistics to resolve. However this evidence may be fragmentary - as was said in the particle.
