Met some in hospital the other day, while recovering after an operation, who hadn't bothered signing up for "settled status". They know when they're not wanted was pretty much how they put it. Lockdown needs to be accompanied by massive support, of many forms, to affected individuals. Not bosses. And wear masks when shopping or using any public indoor facilities. Even Sweden, that bastion of herd immunity, now recommends masks and is considering lockdown. And speedy vaccination for anybody who wants it. Administered by Bill Gates, if necessary.
