I skimmed through the article but couldn't see if there were figures broken down by income (there was something about educational level). I was just wondering if it was the same as the seeming preponerance in the crime figures of BMAE people, at least until you look at the crime percentage by income across ethinicities, when it turns out to be roughly the same (ie black people are just more likely to be poor). Doesn't seem like it could make up for all of the 72% but it would probably acount for some of it.
