I'm not convinced. Like you, I got sick of the endless anti-Obama shtick during Trump's tenure, began to wonder about his pandering and couldn't watch it anymore. But he seems to be past that and doing good work again. Consider all the issues he's been on the right side of: Russiagate, Syria, US false flags in Syria, Libya, Venezuela, the need for a third party, force-the-vote on medicare for all, the corruption of the justice Democrats, Assange, free speech/anti-censorship, etc, etc. All the critical issues of the day that even the so-called progressive and alternative media have sold out on. A bad faith sop or two thrown to his libertarian supporters in the context of all these other things is not evidence of preparing to go over to that side in my view. It's a blip on the screen. He still gets guests like Hedges, Greenwald, Cornell West, Max Blumenthal, Aaron Mate etc. Do we even know how large a part of his paying audience are non-left? It seems to me that the ones that hate him the most are on the pseudo-left, another good sign. I guess time will tell which of us is right!
