Anyone else tried contacting their GP surgery on the internet during the lockdown? No access on the phone unless it is an emergency and then phone 111. I have spent the last half hour attempting to do so on their NHS website and have failed. Passwords, code numbers, etc etc It is a large practice with five branches. I will now have to drive there to ask for a prescription. So much for Sir Simon Stevens and his cohort. What happens if one is dangerously ill? Go to A&E I suppose. PS I had better take an axe with me in case I have to break the door down!
