My surgery in Derby accepts phone calls to talk to a GP or any other problems.

I had to do this yesterday a they keep flagging my meds are up for review, this should happen one a year but is happening every month (run by Crapita afaik).

After an op I developed an infection and it was dealt with over the internet sending them photos of the infection then talked to the GP and eventually all sorted out.

Blood tests done over the net and it works better now as you have to have an appointment which can be booked online or the phone.

Don't have to wait for two or more hours anymore.

Seems to depend on the local admin of what ever dept of the NHS is responsible.

A friend in Nottingham and it's not very good there.

The trouble using the phone is the waiting time which can be hours or wait till the end of the day and don't do it Monday if possible .
