No worries, happy if it helped Again, it's probably not the case that meditation +always+ results in that kind of deadening of affect, and some might dismiss it on the grounds that it shows they're "just not doing it right", but it's at least good to flag it up as a pitfall and something that other people have struggled with rather than pretend it's a universally beneficial thing with 'no toxic side effects' as A.Huffington insisted. cheers, I
