The Chief Executive of the COPFS furthermore is the above David Harvey himself: previously (if that word is ever applicable in such a case)of MI5 who was also involved in the mess of the Scottish governments whole illegal "harassment complaints" attempt against Alex Salmond. Needless to say, the Jury was the saving grace of the trial resorted to when that particular process was shown to be illegal, which may explain to the sceptical among us why juries in such trials are now being targeted for removal.
