I'd like to see more investigation into the make up of the institutions concerned. I appreciate that focus on leaders such as Maggie T or Cressida D begins to open up the space, however, there are far far more women than the above mentioned attached to the organisations. If one thinks about the totality of an institution, auxiliaries, support, analysts etc it becomes more evident that acquiescence to a preponderance of violence and the associated gaslighting cover ups is an equal opportunity employer. Hence my preference for the trem institutional violence as opposed to make violence.
