Yes that's fair enough. My concern isn't that it isn't opposed at all but that when this govt says it isn't going to do x, it does x. The fact the discussion is happening says to me there's a chance it will happen. My other comments are based on anecdotes from people I previously considered to be left wing or radical round here and are now following the 'if you've got nothing to hide' thought process! It's disappointing I guess, the level of beguilement on such issues. Cheers |
