And shock horror -- the people no longer have to download an exceptional travel certificate. Goodness me, how could they give such freedom to the people? Lock them all up -- for their own good of course. Macron’s admission of the scale and severity of France’s Covid crisis signals a remarkable change of attitude. Oh right, France has been so lax in its lockdowns compared to the rest of the world, it's time to change that. Really, where do they get such cretins from?
