..not just the opposition, the protests and the anger - but the geopolitical awareness and engagement. When you look at the apathetic, geopolitically comatose or indeed eagerly complicit response of the American populace to all subsequent US-led wars, invasions, "interventions" etc. Take away the military draft and suddenly the gullible, self-absorbed, geopolitically incurious, media-duped masses are either eagerly applauding or couldn't care less - despite the fact that they - all of us - have had relatively easy access to the internet for the past 25 years.
