We've been through this before...If they dropped the 28 days caveat, the death numbers would be higher - that was a way of limiting the numbers afaict (I don't think many other countries do it).
The numbers available on the ONS have always had the number of deaths with covid mentioned, followed by the number 'involving' covid (ie covid listed as a direct cause of death) - the first number always only being a little higher than the second (currently it says 327 where covid is mentioned, and 308 involving covid). This proportion has been similar throughout, no mystery or fake covid deaths - and I've explained this to you multiple times now,
