not being sufficiently sceptical, cynical and suspicious of everyone's true motives in any activist group The conundrum is that scepticism, cynicism and suspicion isn't exactly a welcoming environment for newcomers to any group. It's the paranoid (for good reason or not) nature of 'activist' groups that drives many newcomers away and keeps numbers small, which is of course great for the police. |
