Dan, while I don't agree with this idea that Willem should fire off his own accusations despite having them levelled at him(!), because it goes nowhere positive, the mass hypnotic state reads to me precisely about those accusations against him or what he believes. We need to stop getting overly offended just so we can react. Yes you've had a shitty year. But, many of the rest of us have too! One line responses /dismissals of others is too unhelpful. Been popping in here and there to see what's happening but stuff like this depresses the shit out of me. I used to really appreciate finding a view different to mine that we could both argue without jumping straight into slating the other and everything they said henceforth. I found the maturity of many(not all) discussions on hot topics gave me more insight than I would otherwise have had. Just seems like a slinging match now. You don't seem all that keen on it either. So why get involved? If posts are immediately falsiable, they're not really causing harm to rational debate are they? |
