Precisely, he said slightly worse. A qualitative statement whereas no worse would be quantitative. My personal feeling is that it's quite a bit worse, but that is still qualitative, and no reason to discount everything else that has come with it (like deferred electives for example). Dont throw out babies with bathwater. |
