Funnily enough, I was just reading that! The article shows UK-Somali links. It doesn't mention Qatar. I'm just wondering where Qatar comes in. Was Amess targeted just because he was an easily accessible British MP? Or was he specifically targeted due to his links to Qatar? What part is Qatar, if any, playing in the Somali Civil war? If the killer is linked to Al Shabab, does he have specific animus towards Qatari actions? And, is that why Amess was murdered, because of his links to Qatar? All shall be revealed - or not. Anyway I'm guessing it has bugger all to do with social media radicalisation. But, the PTB are inevitably trying to use the murder to clamp down on social media, trying to further protect themselves from accountability.
