To test this, let's check what is happening with the temperatures in Antarctica: https://earthobservatory.nasa.gov/images/36736/antarctic-warming-trends Ergo, the Earth is not getting a free lunch in terms of energy since both poles are warming, unevenly perhaps i.e. perhaps due to differences in mantle thickness. Otherwise this gain in energy for the whole planet would need to be explained, n'est-ce pas? I wouldn't rely on Daily Heil to give us unvarnished truth  As to the second set of references with ‘he said, she said’ in the 70s, I shan't bother  |
