Then Pelosi waffling on and giving another non-answer answer with lots of "future generations" and "passing the earth along to our children" bromides, some vague hand-waving at "alternative fuels". However, there was in there I think the real answer: she mentioned conflict for habitat and resources and that's what it is. The septics want to make sure they maintain the military power to ensure they can be first to whatever they need when the shit really starts hitting the fan. Good on Abby but from what I've seen this Cop26 is just like all the other climate conferences these paid liars have had; lots of hot air, no resolve or action. Also, "They have to clean the room". Yeh right. They always organise these international climate conferences around the cleaning schedule.
