Bottom line, these are leaky vaccines - this is the basis of the claims from Joe rogan down (or up? right?), to the average man on the Swansea omnibus saying 'I'm not bothering - I heard the vaccines don't stop you getting it anyway'. Yes they're leaky vaccines, but the general view of scientists above seems to be even though they don't reduce transmission as much as they'd hoped, or last as long, that added with the reduced chance of infection and death, it's still very much worth taking it from a public health point of view.
