If you had you would see that I'm not particularly sure whether the official Russian movement of troops into Donbas is a smart one: I've pointed out below the likelihood of escalation and a massive increase in western arms to Ukraine which will result in a potentially serious standoff. Above I merely question the wisdom of Corbyn's demand that the Russians "immediately withdraw". To what effect? To return to the prior state of affairs? -Its seriously unbelievable to claim an immediate withdrawal as Corbyn demands would result in any kind of "peace". His comment is therefore utterly meaningless virtue signalling.
