I haven't seen any other reports on this subject. Kinda seems important  . No doubt the Russian population will suffer. Germans haven't got an equivalent judo manoeuvre to counter this, surely? Is this a meaningful analysis on offer from Helmer - I thought he understands Kremlin etc?
