He wasn't 'murdered' To be murdered means to be 'killed unlawfully'. That is not the case here. And, there was certainly no malice aforethought involved. The very opposite, in fact. He was taken off life-support and allowed to die following an adjudication by a High Court Judge. This was after a lengthy legal process implemented because of a disagreement between Archie's parents (seemingly ill-advised by Christian fundamentalist lawyers) and medical staff. The poor kid was brain-stem dead. Allowing him to die peacefully was in his best interests.
