First of all, absolutely agree. I posted on the recent slaughter somewhere down board but this is just another outrageous attack on liberty from the only apartheid state in the Middle East. The new media strategy seems to be to ignore everything the occupying state does as much as possible rather than trying to spin their crimes into somehow permissible actions (not that they don't employ all the usual spin tactics when they do actually "report" on them). I agree about Cosortium News so this seems like a good place to post this link: https://www.iuniverse.com/en/bookstore/bookdetails/842300-american-dispatches "American Dispatches" is a (BIG) collection of Robert Parry's journalism at Consortium News over the years and it is REAL journalism. At $3.99 or just over three quid for the ebook version it is an absolute steal. I got a copy the other day and it's excellent. Goes all the way back to the Carter presidency, through Reagan (Iran Contra/death squads, etc.), Clinton, Bush, Syria, 9/11. Old news perhaps but some really good stuff.
